At Preloved Japan Bags MNL, we aim to provide a safe and reliable shipping experience for all luxury items purchased from our store. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

Same day deliveries/ shipping for orders paid on or before our cut off time (1:00 pm PH time) daily. Incase payments were made after the cut off time, deliveries/shipping will be processed next working day.
Orders placed on sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure secure delivery of your luxury items. Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic Shipping (within Philippines): [2–7 business days]
International Shipping: [7–21 business days], depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, unforseen events (e.g. typhoon), or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping within Philippines
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a proof via email or FB messenger. You can track your order through the courier’s official website.

5. Packaging & Security

All bags/items are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or force majeure events.
If a package is lost or undelivered, please contact us at prelovedmnl.customerservice@gmail.com, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded.
