All sales of luxury/preloved items are considered final.

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved (within 7 days after item/s is/are received) if:

The item is significantly different from the product description (e.g., wrong item shipped).

The item arrives damaged in transit, and proof is provided immediately upon received.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in cases of:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Minor wear and tear typical of preloved items.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors outside our control.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.

Any damages reported after 7 days since item/s was/were received. But we accept repair services, may see Item Warranty section.
4. Refund Process

Submit your refund request within [3–7 days] of receiving the item.

Provide clear photos/videos and supporting documents (e.g., unboxing proof).

Once approved, you must return the item in the same condition received, with all inclusions (dust bags, authenticity cards, boxes if provided).

Refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item. But for credit card payments, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item).

We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
